Services Provided
The exact services provided will depend on the estimate, service agreement, work order, invoice, or written communication between the customer and Kristals's Cleaning Services LLC.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, including property size, condition, requested services, frequency of service, and any special instructions.
An estimate may change if the actual condition of the property is different from what was described, if additional services are requested, or if the job requires more time, supplies, or labor than expected. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant price changes before continuing work.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the scheduled service window, but arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, prior appointments, staffing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, access instructions, parking instructions, gate codes, alarm instructions, and any other information needed to complete the service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for making the property reasonably accessible and safe for our team. This includes securing pets, removing fragile or valuable items, identifying areas that should not be cleaned, and notifying us of any hazards.
Customers should inform us in advance about biohazards, pest issues, mold, bodily fluids, unsafe conditions, weapons, hazardous materials, or any situation that could create a safety risk.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the property is unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, inaccessible, or if our team is subjected to harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct.
Access to the Property
If the customer provides keys, lockbox codes, garage codes, alarm codes, or other access instructions, the customer authorizes and its team members to enter the property for the purpose of performing the scheduled services.
Customers are responsible for making sure access information is accurate and current. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee, lockout fee, or rescheduling fee may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice, estimate, service agreement, or booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be required before service, at the time of service, or immediately after service is completed.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, ACH, check, cash, or other approved payment methods. Returned payments, failed transactions, chargebacks, or late payments may result in additional fees, service suspension, or collection activity.
For recurring services, customers authorize to charge the approved payment method according to the agreed schedule, if automatic billing is used.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the service cannot be performed due to customer error or lack of preparation, a lockout fee, cancellation fee, or minimum service charge may apply.
Satisfaction Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with our work. If there is an issue with the cleaning service, the customer must notify us within 24 hours after the service is completed.
We may offer to return and address the missed area or concern at no additional charge, if the issue falls within the agreed scope of service. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
Service Limitations
Our cleaning services are limited to the scope agreed upon before the appointment. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, hard water buildup, mold, rust, paint, construction materials, odors, pest contamination, or damage caused by age, wear, neglect, or improper maintenance.
We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, electronics, or large items unless agreed in advance. We may decline to clean areas that require climbing beyond safe limits, handling hazardous materials, or working in unsafe conditions.
Damages and Breakage
Customers should secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items before service begins. While we take reasonable care when performing cleaning services, accidents can happen.
Any claim for damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours after the service. We may request photos, documentation, or an opportunity to inspect the claimed damage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, loose fixtures, unstable items, improperly installed items, or items that were already cracked, broken, weakened, or defective.
Pets
Customers are responsible for securing pets before our team arrives. We are not responsible for pets that escape, become injured, or cause damage if they are not properly secured.
If a pet creates an unsafe or disruptive condition, we may stop service and reschedule. Additional fees may apply.
Commercial Cleaning Clients
Commercial cleaning services may be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or recurring service contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial service agreement, the signed agreement will control.
Commercial clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, identifying restricted areas, explaining site-specific rules, and notifying us of any security procedures or workplace hazards.
